A Simple Skin Care Routine for Beginners
A good skin care routine does not need many products. Starting with a few reliable basics makes it easier to notice what your skin likes and what it does not.
Morning: cleanse, moisturise, protect
Use a gentle cleanser if needed, apply a moisturiser that feels comfortable and finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen suitable for your skin. Sun protection is a daily habit, not only a summer product.
Evening: cleanse and support
Remove makeup and sunscreen, cleanse gently and apply moisturiser. If you want to add a treatment product later, introduce only one at a time.
Keep it consistent
Use a routine for several weeks before judging it, unless you have irritation. Switching products every few days makes it hard to understand what is helping.
When to ask for help
Persistent acne, sudden rashes, painful skin or a suspected allergy deserve advice from a dermatologist or other qualified health professional.
